Lavanda Hotel Tashkent

The cleanliness and breakfast were both excellent. It's super convenient right in front of the bus stop. We were even allowed to use the pool showers after check-out, which was much appreciated. Thank you!

If you need a place to crash during a layover, it's fine. But if you're traveling specifically to visit, I wouldn't recommend it. The breakfast was basic. The shower drain didn't work at all. Water from the shower overflowed into the room and then into the main hallway.

Good hotel. Close to the airport. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's a bus stop and a metro (!) within walking distance. There are also a shopping mall and cafes nearby. The breakfasts at the hotel are delicious, but you need to be on time as some guests tend to clear everything out. The hotel adheres to principles of plastic minimization. The staff are polite, attentive, and multilingual. Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend it.

Stayed for 2 nights with my family! We only needed the hotel for sleeping. The room had everything we needed; we booked a triple room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room itself was small, clean, and new. The breakfasts were excellent. There's a swimming pool (with separate times for men and women) and a gym. The hotel is close to the airport. It's also near the Kuyluk metro station (a 7-minute walk) and close to the market. There's a Korzinka supermarket nearby, and cafes are within walking distance. We ordered food delivery via Yandex in the evenings.

Excellent service, very welcoming! This was my second stay. I was just here for a layover this time, only for a few hours. They allowed me to check in early, which was really great. Everything was perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tashkent.

The hotel is new and very bright. They pay close attention to cleanliness. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. My bed linen was spotless, and the towels were perfect. It was quiet and cozy, and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfasts were more than varied, with options for both Asian and European tastes, and the coffee from the machine was excellent! There's a pool and a gym. A big thank you to the hotel team, especially Dierbek, for their hospitality and excellent service!

This hotel is suitable for short stays, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer visit. **Pros**: It's close to a mall, cafes, and shops. The reception staff are polite, the price is low, and the interior is modern. **Cons**: The cleanliness of the rooms is an issue: there were stains on the sheets and towels, the linens were grey, the table surfaces were dirty, and the shower head holder was almost broken off. The carpet, which seems to be in every room, is indeed dirty (others have mentioned this before). The beds are also squeaky; if one person turns over, the other will be jolted awake. There's a pool and sauna, but for some reason, the sauna isn't continuously operational. We went, and everything was off. We asked at reception, and they said they'd turn it on just for us. But when we went back, nothing was working. By the time it was finally turned on later, it was too late for us. So, check the sauna schedule before you visit. Here's another point: there are signs everywhere with prohibitions: don't take food out of the dining room, don't take the iron to your room, don't damage hotel property. It's just prohibitions everywhere, and all of them are in Russian. This raises some questions. Moreover, the text is in Russian, but some words are unclear; what they were trying to say remains a mystery. I asked a staff member at reception about it, but even he didn't know – quite amusing! Regarding the food, the photos on the hotel's profile make everything look much more interesting and appealing for some reason. In reality, all the food was cold by 8:30 AM, and the coffee machine was off. You can grab a bite, but don't expect a gourmet experience. I gave it a 4-star rating due to the low cost and decent location. Everything else, unfortunately... I hope the hotel management takes this into account and makes improvements.
