A great big and clean room with a king size bed.  Quite convenient as opposite got bus stand.

Room is so outdated. Staffs at the lobby, consierge and receptionist are not friendly. Breakfast is so so. Better to book the room without breakfast.

My stay at Monarch Plaza Hotel in Taoyuan was fantastic overall! The cleanliness was exceptional; the room was spotless and very comfortable, which made me feel completely at ease. The environment is elegant and grand, with public areas beautifully decorated, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out, and very quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive and modern; both the bedding comfort and bathroom amenities were excellent, completely exceeding my expectations. Even though it was just a two-night stay, I truly felt the hotel's dedication and quality. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to staying again!

It's brand new and very comfortable to stay in.

This hotel is fantastic. The room is very spacious with exquisite interior design. The bathroom is also large with a proper wet-dry separation, and the toilet is an electric smart toilet with a heated seat. The staff are incredibly friendly

We arrive on a late night flight and just wanted a night's rest somewhere close to the airport before moving on. My mom was not very mobile. The hotel staff moved our luggage to our room, and pushed my mom on a wheelchair. And one more thing, my mom enjoyed the breakfast very much. So did I. Loved the traditional Chinese porridge with the pickled vegetables and salted eggs.

Looks grand from the outside, the rooms are so dated and depressing. The hotel mostly cater for airline cabin crews, so have no need or desire to refresh the rooms. Do not recommen

Room Quality: The room was newly renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. It felt modern and comfortable. Common Areas: Unfortunately, the main areas of the hotel are quite dated. They could use some updates to match the quality of the rooms. Check-In/Check-Out Policies: I found the policies regarding check-in and check-out to be very strict. It can be inconvenient for guests with varying travel schedules. Location Convenience: One of the best features is the convenience store, supermarket, and several restaurants located downstairs. Overall, while the room was great and the location convenient, the outdated common areas and strict policies were drawbacks.

I been booking this ole 5 start hotel for many time because my families and friends is near by, the shower place is in the tub very slippery you have to climb in, watch out! The ceramic surface may cause you fall down if you are not cautiously, The result of showering is water everywhere.they don't have shower curtain. The Central air conditioning vents will blow direct to your face if you lie on the bed (none adjustable). All I can say the buffet style breakfast is okay.

Stayed at Monarch Plaza Hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was huge and clean and the bed was extremely comfy. They also offer late checkout at 50% of the nightly rate, which was very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again.
