The waiter is very friendly, and the hotel's breakfast, braised pork rice, is delicious. There is also a free shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station

The hotel is very clean, and I personally think the down side is the air conditioning cannot be adjusted so it’s kinda warm. Besides, the air purifier in the room is a big bonus for me.

The hotel is clean and bright. Personally i like the self service laundry area, the hotel comes with free parking and the breakfast is nice also. The downside of the hotel is that the air-condition, the sound is quite disturbing during the night. The location is slightly out if you are going to town but good thing is no traffic jam at that area.

The hotel looks like a business hotel. Highly recommended.

Short drive distance from the train station. Clean and calm environment. Not easy to find trashbin in the hotel.

Clean hotel with nice breakfast, super near high speed train station, will be a good choice if u need catch early train.

Nice hotel that is clean & near to HSR & factory outlet. Rooms spacious & decent size fitted with a high-tech toilet. & hotel provides free shuttle service to HSR which is a plus point. Breakfast variety & food quality is ok but recommended to go early as food doesnt get replenish nearing breakfast closing time The only not so gd point is the area surrounding the hotel as it is situated in a residential area. So there is almost zero amenities ie no 7-11, family mart or dining options.

As our flight are very early in the morning and this hotel is very new, we booked for 2 nights. When we checked in, the front desk informed us that they have free dinner for hotel guests. Our booking is inclusive of breakfast. Their self service laundry room is very new and they provide detergents and softeners. The room are reasonably big but we booked for 2 single bed where all these room type faces opposite apartment, we couldn’t draw up our curtains except only when we sleep, we could draw up the other side. They had gym on the roof top but we didn’t get a chance to see. The front desk staff are very friendly and patient. They have helped us to pre book order taxi to the airport. Their water basin is outside the toilet which is pro and con. Their toilet bowl has got sensor flushing system and they have remote control for the bidet function. They provide toiletries.

The customer service was fantastic, and conversed in English, went out of their way on multiple times to provide help as I had an injury. I will return back to Taiwan and stay here again for sure. Excellent breakfast as well. I also left some belongings behind and they checked with me after already leaving to see if I wanted to come back for them :)
