A rather old hotel, with out of date facilities. Slow elevators and a rather poor quality breakfast, with too many sweet pastries and low quality cheap sausages!
The location was good with a rocky private beach on the ocean, and a swimming pool but one can notice the facilities are rather old. Overall a good location for a beach resort but facilities and quality of breakfast need improvements!

A beautiful setting with incredible views. The cave entrance onto the beach is amazing! The beach is pebbles. Crystal clear water. The complimentary shuttle to town is nice.You must request passes in the morning, for the time you would like to use the shuttle that day. It is confusing where to actually get on the shuttle, so be sure to ask at the desk. The property was once a grand establishment. It is tired and worn with need of a refurbish. The staff was nice at front desk. I contacted housekeeping one evening for extra coffee for the room and was told "They have gone for the day." Seems odd for a resort.

The Cave Beach filming location of the White Lotus Hotel. Every time you take the elevator down to the seaside floor of the hotel, it is like embarking on a pleasant adventure. The swimming pool and sun loungers on the reef coast are simply perfect!

The hotel and the room were actually clean, deducted one star because there was a stain on the curtains like blood. Compared with other local hotels, the breakfast is quite rich. A few minutes walk from isola bella. There is a bus stop at the door, and it is very convenient for direct buses to go to other places and the airport. The hotel also has a free bus to the town center, but the frequency and seats are limited. It's a bit dangerous to walk because there are only motorized lanes and no sidewalks for going up and down the mountain. The hotel staff were very patient and explained everything in detail.

One of the most beautiful hotels I know. It always feels special to stay there. Best thing about it is the late check out, gives you time to enjoy the pool in the moring before you go..
