My recent stay at Hotel Elios Taormina was far from satisfactory. The rooms are outdated and, to make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room and mold in the bathroom. We were also charged an additional €60 for parking, which was quite a surprise. The breakfast offered was extremely limited, consisting only of toast and a few sweet pastries. Despite the booking information stating that the rooms had mini-bars, there was no fridge in our room. Moreover, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. During check-out, the receptionist was very rude and did not provide us with receipts for the parking fee or the city tax. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation to others. The price is high, and the rooms are not only old but also dirty. This experience was disappointing, and I suggest looking for other options if you are visiting Taormina.

A fantastic hotel, located within the scenic area, within walking distance of the viewing platform and the grand theater. The town is wonderful at night and worth exploring. It's highly recommended to book a room with a small balcony, as it's excellent.

A wonderful hotel in a great location, near the bus stop (with buses to Catania and the airport) and also close to the descent to Isola Bella. The room is clean and new, with a balcony overlooking the sea. There's a safe. Hearty breakfasts: eggs, tuna, croissants, fruit, cheese, and delicious coffee. The terrace on the 4th floor offers stunning views. The staff is polite and friendly. It's very close to the center, accessible through the garden. Overall, it's a wonderful location! I liked this part of the city better than Porto Messina.

Excellent establishment. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with the best attention from the receptionists and the owner. The view of the sea and Mount Etna is splendid. Everything is very, very good. 100% recommended

The hotel is in a good location, the overall room size is reasonable, tidy, the breakfast is also good, , but the price is not very attractive. The hotel staff was not very polite. We were in a hurry when checking out, but the staff preferred to continue chatting with other customers rather than taking our check-out key. It was not until I expressed many times that I really had to catch the bus that the staff reluctantly took my key.

An excellent hotel for its category. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast is fantastic. It's close to the main street, the bus stop, and the funicular for the beach. Overall, Taormina is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and fabulous architecture. So, where you stay, or which hotel, doesn't really matter!

Nice hotel! I had a very late check-in after they closed the reception. Very strange! I chose a hotel with a 24/7 reception! They left me a note with detailed instructions on the hotel door. It said that I would find the keys to the room in the door, but they were not there!!! My sleepy brain could only think of going down to the empty reception and picking up the keys from there. There were no questions at check-out.

Everything was perfect except that the balcony faces the main street where cars pass by at night and it makes a lot of noise. There are also garbage containers nearby and it makes a loud noise when they open them from 6 in the morning. The rest was good: clean, nice views, located near the center, good breakfast.
