This was an absolutely disgusting and unacceptable stay. The room was in terrible condition from the moment we entered. The sink was broken, making it difficult to use, and the bathtub was filthy. To make things far worse, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims basic standards of cleanliness. Hygiene was clearly ignored. What shocked us the most was discovering rotten fruits hidden behind the TV, which shows the room had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. The smell and sight were revolting. This hotel has serious cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control issues. It feels neglected and poorly managed. I would strongly advise others to stay far away unless you want to deal with dirt, insects, and broken facilities. Extremely disappointed. This place should not be renting rooms in this condition.

The house price is too expensive, the breakfast is too bad, and the environment is not good.

Not at all cooperative , we had to change the room 3 times with a baby. Lock was not working , room was not clean and what not, and asked us to leave at the end and offered money back. How can they say or Treat there customer this way. The worst service I would not recommend any one to this hotel

location nice view mountain ，room clean average but continental breakfast so so nothing choose only egg， bread，coffee，apple juice and muffin。one night stay is been fine 。 do not repect what you get

Good location and easy to get around for food

My account was hacked and someone booked a room for 5 nights here and when I disputed it they did everything they could not to give me my money back and they clearly know that no one showed up to stay at the room and I can’t get no response back from them. I was actually literally in jail that week so I. Have solid evidence proof I didn’t order the room.

2 hours drive away from New York city. Just pull over the car from free way and sleep over. Have an out let just beside it.

The environment around the hotel in the mountains is OK, it's relatively cool, and it's next to the outlet, so it's convenient to buy things and eat. But the sanitation of the hotel is relatively poor, the breakfast is not very good, and there are many ants in the bathroom. If you are going to the outlet for a short period of time, it's okay, but it's not recommended for long-term stay.

Simply handed over the room from the previous person. Beds were both used, beds were then freshly made. Same day, same hour, toilets didn't flush and were then repaired. Everything at 8pm staff was friendly. So I can't recommend it any further.
