The descrfiption mentioned there is hot tub. that is the only reason why i booked this room - for my son. But when i c hecked in, there was no hot tub. When i checed with the agent, she said it's not her problem. previously there was a hot tub, and then they removed it which was obviously a lie. Furthermore she was rude, even before i said anything she became so defensive and said its not her problem. you want to complain, go complain to **********, this has nothing to do with me.

This is more nice room , I feel impressed so much and I will be back and visit again 🙏

The property is quite unique in its surrounding close to the sea and with different shops and eatery.

Large spaces, well appointed, great potential but clearly not cared for. Lacking in any sense of hospitality and blatant disregard of standards or guest experience. Described as ‘brand new’ they are clearly not, and obviously wear & tear, maintenance and upkeep budgets have been ignored.

The electrical breaker kept tripping on the master bath water heater. So I could not use that bathroom. In using the other bathroom the shower is stopped up and so a quick shower so it didn’t flood into the bathroom.

The place is dirty and maintenance is overdue. Towels are torn. Pillows have brown stains.

The view is outstanding..
