Plus point, every unit has washing machine and dryer in room. Mineral water are provided on first day of check in. Hangers, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, microwave, refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, plates, cups and cutleries, kettle are provided as well. Sockets are available in living room and bedroom. Shower area is separated to create a wet and dry toilet. Water pressure is good. Shower gels and conditioning shampoos are provided. However, need to bring own toothbrush and toothpaste. TV has limited channels, please upgrade TV channels, Astro channels are listed but in actual, unable to view. Internet connection is not very strong and has intermittent signal. If these 2 areas can be improved, it will be a perfect staycation. Thanks.

Have stayed at Luxfort 118 quite a few times and enjoywd our stay every single time! Price is very reasonable as well!

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and strong air-conditioning. The bathroom was tidy and had good water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for both short and long stays.

We stayed in studio room with 2 double queen beds, one bed is in the living hall, small room without window in the living room, bad ventilation and bad smell. Very disappointed.

Good location, 3 rooms much better then studio room. Spacious with kitchen with simple amenities. Also has a swimming pool.

Our stay was relaxing, and the beds were comfortable, AC was cold, and we had a nice view. The staff was helpful when our electricity went out. The only complaint is that the washer and dryer are subpar. It literally took hours to dry one load. We liked the fact that it's above the mall and the food is really good.

Second time stayed here. The check in were smooth & straight forward. Clean room with very clear instructions on how to use the washing machine. Towel were clean. Room are large and the king size bed is comfy. Plus points for the near grocery store Mercato.

The location is good. Near the Feringhi, Komtar, Bukit Bendera. The most important is to taste the real nasi kandar. Rooms is ver clean with the perfect facilities provided ie. Washing machine and dryier, cooking facilities and the best is swimming pool is near to my room.

Easy to call for transport. Best place ready with variable type of food. Very convenient
