The location is good, with restaurants nearby. The rooms are reasonably clean, and each room and living room has a balcony. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the gas stove in the kitchen is unusable. When I contacted the landlord, they said I needed a lighter they provided to ignite it, but when I asked where the lighter was, they wouldn't answer. Their garbage disposal policy is also frustrating; it's ridiculous to pay rent and still have to clean. Therefore, the dining table has dust and dirt on it. Although there are three bathrooms, one of the showers doesn't have hot water.

When you first move in, you will have to pay a deposit of RM150. On the first day of stay, the air conditioner did not turn on. I checked and found that it was a problem with the battery of the remote control. It could only be used normally after the battery was replaced. The space is large and the location is OK, but the rubbish needs to be cleaned up and packed by the residents when they check out and then thrown into the garbage room next to the parking lot on the first floor below ground. Fortunately, the residents were not asked to clean the toilet before leaving. Residents need to make sure that no dirt is left when they stay, otherwise the deposit will be deducted. If there are bedwetting problems or children are at risk of bedwetting, it is best to wash the quilt and sheets by yourself before checking out.

The location is very convenient, with many shops nearby. The room was clean, but the facilities were not very complete.
