Luna Hotel By Moonknight

I cannot give a full rating for this stay because we were forced to cancel / check out early without actually staying. The facts: 1. The hotel is located next to a busy highway, and the room we were offered faced the road. The noise level in the room is extremely high – believe me, earplugs won't help. 2. The "windows" in this room are more of a drawback. They are not double-glazed – just single sheets of glass. You feel like you're standing right on the street. Street noise, dust, dirt, and car exhaust constantly enter the room. The windows are not clear – they have some kind of frosted / hazy coating. 3. The bathroom is in very worn-out condition. 4. We asked to change rooms, but we were offered an alternative with a double surcharge. In my opinion, situations like this should be handled with understanding. Because of this attitude toward guests, I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. We had to urgently find new accommodation, and believe me – given the limited choice and our budget, there are better options out there! Wishing everyone a great trip!

Quite clean , toilet clean too.

Affordable and functional room, probably just a tad old. Felt more like a guesthouse/Airbnb than a hotel. But the service was great and the customer service was speedy. Love the size of the room and how close it is to the amenities and being in the heart of town.

Strategic location near to food court and Island Plaza shopping centre. I got a room located near the backyard with nice view and lots of trees.

Service was excellent, and the staff really went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience.

All good but keep heard people talking and walking outside, sound proof is not really good
