"I think the location is great if want like a beach side retreat but not further into the batu Feringghi area. The entrance feels like entering a forest but once you are inside its vibrant and colourful. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just one thing I'm abit confused is that if the sliding door opens the AC auto cuts off. Abit inconvenient if I just want to step out the balcony to look at the view but having to wait my AC to restart. rooms are overall clean. You also get a private beach area accessible from the hotel. Pool was okay though the deck can be abit slippery after the rain"

The buildings are intricately designed to blend with the scenery and stunningly furnished with Balinese decor. I also wished to convey my heartfelt appreciation to the resort for upgrading me to a superior room. Will definitely come again."

"Location : This location is very superb. The seaview was astonishing. Food stalls are everywhere nearby. Services : Arrived late night to check in. The receptionist is not that helpful and not explaining much. Got some issues with breakfast where my room suddenly not breakfast included while we paid together for it when booking. Try to explain to the Indian F&B manager but at first he refuse to trust me and ask me to go to lobby. Thanks to Mr Vincent he sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding from the system. To the Indian F&B manager, you need to learn to apologise sincerely from Mr Vincent and learn some manners as I heard you talk bad about other customers as well. Food : Not much choice but the food was good. Overall, will be coming back in the future and I wish the services will be a lot better. TQ"

"My second time in this hotel and never disappoints. Room is extra large, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is somewhat a 90's time tunnel but still evergreen , well maintained. Onsite car park is not free and quite costly, had to park somewhere nearby and walk towards it. Few eateries located opposite the hotel, more can be found further away but not within short walking distance."

"Nice, clean and comfy little hotel. Water machine where you can refill your own bottle. Pool was very nice for swimming, but no space for sunbathing around it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Self check-in which is theoretically handy, but because you have to bay deposit by cash the self check-in and -out won't bring any added value. WiFi and air conditions works very well!"
