Overall, the place is clean and tidy, with all the basic necessities in the room. The only minor drawback is that there is no socket in the bathroom. Will stay here again if visiting Penang.

Perfect for business travellers. They have a launderette which is perfect and convenient for me!
The afternoon shift Front Office clerk, Suba was very helpful during my 2 night stay. Was also able to meet the residence manager, Derek who was very friendly and brought me out for a meal at a local eatery called Yean Yean!
Overall it was a perfect for me and I will be looking forward to come back here again!

Love this new and sleek property! It is well equipped with all the essential facilities - nice pool area next to the gym and launderette. Derek, the GM & the entire team are most helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my return stays!

The bathroom was not ok - it’s not enclosed with exhaust fan for ventilation; instead a little window opening was used - so very noisy traffic and racing motorbike engine noise were all the time present, not to mention the very loud, blaring prayers from nearby mosques.. very surprised for a Citadine brand hotel, which I least expect..

Room overall is nice and comfortable. It’s new. Please don’t book with the breakfast, I book with the breakfast, I went down at 9am they told me no more sandwich, I can only choose 2 bun with a drink not worth for the money . You can get nice food in Penang just not in their cafe

Additionally, the toilet bowl had noticeable yellow stains, which affected cleanliness expectations. The newly built hotel is pristine clean and comfy. Nonetheless the size of the room is quite compact, just nice for couples but if you have 1 or more child it would be quite packed.
Water pressure is good! Parking is easy. Would definitely consider staying here again next trip.

The hotel is very new, the environment is very clean, my room can see the view of the day and night, during the day can see the sea view, very beautiful, my room has cooking utensils, downstairs 5 minutes walk, there is a night market, walk about 8 minutes, there is a shopping mall and supermarket, 7-11, etc.

The service was great and the staff were very welcoming. The only thing we had was breakfast, which we chose to eat at the cake shop downstairs. No fees were charged on the first day, but when I got up early on the second day to choose the cake, I was told that the latte would cost an extra RM3. I asked her why they didn’t collect them yesterday, and she said they had to collect them all. The charges are unreasonable.
