This time is no exception. This hotel has an independent shallow water constant temperature swimming pool that children like. I played for 2 hours at night and during the day, which is also true love. The indoor temperature of the swimming pool is 28, and you won’t feel cold even if you wear a swimsuit. ❤️The exterior of the hotel looks like a castle, and all camera positions are suitable for taking pictures. This sentence was played on a loop. There was no idea or attitude to help me solve the problem, but it couldn’t be issued. Let me figure it out myself. If I am willing to issue a general invoice, forget it if I am not willing. When I expressed my incomprehension and wanted to complain, Manager Zhao still smiled and said to me that it is your right to complain if you can’t issue it. I wasted half an hour at the front desk, but the problem was still not solved. In the end, it was Ctrip that solved it for me. I rarely say whether a hotel is good or bad, but I still want to advise friends who are planning to stay at Tangshan Shangri-La to be cautious. Manager Zhao is very powerful and has the attitude of ”you can do whatever you want, it's none of my business”, which is really confusing. As for Shangri-La, I called the official 400, but there is still no response. This is very disappointing!
