Is a very disappointed agent and hotel I don't even stay at all hotel reply can't refund I have my valid reason why hotel still can't accept rediciluar.and agent also never do their job only listen to advise by hotel.very unreasonable agent and hotel.i never heard before that hotel have no refund for guests and bails reason please you guys improve your customer service better thanks

The best option hotel for traveller if want to stay near airport because the hotel provide shuttle bus and near food place and mini market.
Price is quite afforable and frontdesk is friendly.

The hotel has good location if you want to be near the airport. The staff is polite. The room is clean with comfortable bed. The windows can't open.
