The rooms are spacious, comfortable, the staffs are also kind. I was there for 2 days because I had some business with my girlfriend who was in Tangerang. I think the place is strategic, but the main lights are not bright enough. I hope I can stay here again ~

Hotel staff are very nice service with a smile, most specially to Front Desk In morning shift (female) upon check out time. She gave me a welcome drink 3 weeks ago. Breakfast are very nice, the food all fresh, we will recommend for stay in Horison Grand Serpong. Thank you all!!

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

My stay in this property was for one day only.The staff / employees are of good nature & helpful. Front desk receptionists Ms Anes and Ms Fiby were helpful at the time of check in.
Room is spacious. Over all my stay was good.The internet connection is very poor in the 9th floor.

I was very happy stayed in Mercure Tangerang BSD City for 2 days. Spent time for my long weekend with my big family, cousins & nephews for reunited after long time not seeing them. I choosed this hotel because i saw many influencer were reviewed this hotel. They have kids playground, swimming pool, kids activity (but we were not lucky because only available on sunday), and also zoo rider. We spent all day long just stayed in the room because the ambiance like staying at our second home. I would like to recommend this to my friend to bring their family for staying here.

The hotel breakfast had lot of choices , they will keep cleaning your table and ask you regarding the foods. This place near KIP/KIP2 so I just spent time at the new township for my 2 days 1 night trip.

GGuest UserOutstanding and highly convenient airport hotel. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had as I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on Level 3. I slept well in comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Only compliant was the shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature and kept going cold then hot. One toilet also flushed weakly so did not use as I had two. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing with few western options. Strongly recommend and only 5 minutes walk to checkin for your Terminal 3 flight.

DDevKumarBest option if you’re looking for a stay nearby the Jakarta Airport, it took around 20 minutes to get here by taxi. Arrived here at late night. Check-in was not smooth because they ask you to download the app and then you can check-in even if you paid already. So it took me around 10 minutes to do the check in process. The place is super clean, the good thing is, it’s including breakfast (Breakfast Box) and free shuttle service to the airport. We mentioned to have the airport shuttle service through this app, also emailed them, because their phone number wasn’t working. we had to argue to get the shuttle service as they told us it’s already full, there’s no space. But eventually they agreed. The Bobopod is clean and comfortable. Two shared toilets are there but for taking shower you need to go to the third floor. Checked out early morning around 5, they gave us breakfast box, but very simple. Just two bread slices with tea bag. Overall had a good experience staying here. Not expensive and good.
Note: they only provide shuttle service to the airport. It mean dropping only. Not picking up.

GGuest UserI had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

GGuest UserAmazing stay with return airport transfer, saved a lot with this great service. The hotel is linked to a mall with KFC, Starbucks and some restaurants. There are some local hawker stalls around, also, some local marts around, good enough for transit. My recommendation is to inform the hotel at least a day earlier about your arrival time so that you have enough time to communicate for the arrival pickup. I was lucky as i was the only 1 to ride on the car, the meeting point was quite difficult to find so the driver came to my location to pick me up. For departure, i reserved a seat for myself a day earlier due to i have early flight.
The room is spacious and overall is good with simple amenities.

GGuest UserTraveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.
