We spent 4 days in this lovely boutique hotel It was just paradise! The rooms are nice, well furnished and we had the chance to be in the one with the balcony. The food is excellent, a big thank to the chef But what is the most important and nicer in this hotel is the kindness of the personnel. They are always looking for your confort and happiness. We recommend this place, no doubts you’ll love it. Two couples of French visitors

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights over new year, it was a fabulous experience and we wished that we had stayed longer. This is a small boutique hotel, the team that work here give exceptional detail to service. They were notified ahead of my food requirements and made sure, that I never had to feel compromised on food choice. The food here, was the best of the 3 hotels that we stayed in. I really miss the Roti's, served with homemade passionfruit & papaya jam. Location was excellent, to the right of the hotel a short walk you can be in a busy street with street vendors etc. The beach accessible from the hotel, isn't suitable for swimming however a short walk to the right of the beach leads to a part that is. The pool area is very relaxing, we stayed in the King Coconut room that as a large terrace and also a Coconut tree growing through the ceiling in the bathroom! If you are in this part of Sri Lanka, stay here. We will if near this area, on our next visit.

What a wonderful hotel, perfectly situated beautiful rooms and amazing staff. The service was exceptional and discrete, no one waited around to be tipped. Food was amazing cooked to order and at a time you wanted it. Honestly the hotel and staff.are first class

Very nice hotel. Beautiful, comfortable and great staff. The pool had an amazing view and the breakfast was great. The manager helped me a lot with retrieving something important to me I forgot at the hotel, after we left. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay, was such a great find. Only has 6 rooms in an old colonial style home right on the beach. Close enough to everything or just a short tuk tuk ride to other places up and down the coast. Lots of restaurants close by with some great barbecue seafood. The rooms are great with large bathrooms, the staff are excellent and very knowledgeable about where to go and what to do. The food at Coco Tangalla was excellent and unfortunately we only ate there on our last night but it was great.

We loved our stay at coco tangalla. The staff was welcoming and kind and the location was amazing. The property is beautiful with a great pool and beautiful view of the beach (although you can’t swim there because of the rocks, but it’s great to watch crabs in the rock pools!) - food was very tasty (egg hoppers were especially good) and the room was comfortable and practical (not huge in itself but the bed was comfy and there was storage for our bags under the bed, and the bathroom was big). There was turndown service too which is always a nice touch. We’ll be back for sure!

Excellent small hotel, we stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay, our room was lovely and spotless, the breakfast was great as was lunch and dinner, some of the nicest food during our stay in Sri Lanka, all the staff are brilliant and so friendly and helpful, so shout out to them all, the small private beach at the back is stunning although not swim able, we had a great stay.

A fabulous small property located by a very beautiful rocky beach. Perfect spot for exploring Tangalle since it is located by the main road. The entire villa is really cozy and the plus point is their absolutely incredible staff who were very attentive and helpful. Ambiance is just perfect and intimate. The service we received was great. Food was superb. They prepared an amazing spread with so many delicious dishes which filled us up so well. Overall a lovely stay at a lovely place!
