Overall great stay. Location was good, plenty of parking lots, breakfast provided was a good spread of choices. Only thing was front desk service could be a little more flexible in allowing guests to check in early and come back later when rooms were ready or even offer to leave the luggage first.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in Cameron Highlands. Best experience. The provide the breakfast buffet and it was very nice. They've got a variety of foods, drinks and all of that are tasty. I will definitely come back again whenever visit Cameron Highlands.

Me and my family stayed here for 2 days and 1 night.Overall it was a fantastic experience and exellent serivce. The hotel is very enviroment friendly which is great for clearing your mind and to have a relaxing holiday.The room has a lot of windows that gives you natural lighting and chilled night too.Unfortunately, the toiley does not have bidet but it has a different toilet bowl for cleaning.Besides, there's also not much channel on the tv as well as old fridge, the freezer dosen't work.It was full of ice.Lastly, this hotel is quite strict since you have to book the room according the number of your family members.Example, you have to book a family sized room for family of 4.Will come again for sure because its a very lovely and nice hotel!

We stayed at a Deluxe room. The whole place is dim, dark, wet and moldy. Warm/Hot shower head is quite a challenge. Within 10 seconds can be too hot, and next 10 seconds too cold. So you can guessed it. Showering wasn't pleasant at all. Room desk having ants everywhere. Felt so annoying. The Indian lady boss isn't friendly. Breakfast so so only. Don't bother getting one. This place was beautiful before but in serious need of upgrading and better maintenance. It's a waste to see this place in ruins. The receptionist Adilla is friendly luckily. And no, we won't be back at Bala's.
