Couple, stay here for 3D2N. The good location, just a view minutes from public services area in Tanah Rata. Friendly & helpfull staff hotel services during chek in, give information arround Tanah Rata etc. The room & bathroom condition always clean likes as before stay here.

Nice and clean room. It was cleaned daily and we received new bottles of water and clean towels every day. They even changed the sheets during our 3-days stay. The receptionist was helpful when we needed to get taxis. It was very hard to get a good night’s sleep. You hear every sound from the corridor and the neighbouring rooms. The sound really travels! The balcony was shared with the adjacent room, which leads to lacking of privacy and (if you’re unlucky) there’s even more noise when you’re trying to sleep.

Nice View with warmth welcome & reception Thava,is amazing & helpful. Area : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Accessible walking distance to the Freesia Bus Terminal & easy to find food place. Service : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chiller & Ironing board & iron: outside the rooms ( Communal : sharing) One thing is that there is a strong sewerage smell where the shower area was choked & water did not flow into the drainage causing choke.We hv to open the drainage cover for the water to flow.

the hotel was very clean, bathroom was OK and had a good shower. the beds are good. There was 1 neg point, the child of the owners was playing with a lot of noice so sleeping wasn't easy.checkin was easy and helpfull staf

We booked 2 rooms: 1 double and 1 triple for two nights. Torn mattress, a shower in one room that didn't work, very low pressure in the second and no hot water! In short, catastrophic and yet we are not a difficult family!!! Only the young man at reception is pleasant and smiling.

House on a shady hill Surrounded by trees There are many beautiful flowers. The staff are very welcoming. Polite and hospitable, very cute, the room is the right size, clean, the weather is good, there is refreshing drizzle. Perfect for sipping on your favorite coffee. Of course we carry it 😆☕️😋 Lots of coffee, pouring rain, cool weather, looking at the green of the trees, easy on the eyes, comfortable. I really like this place. Oh, the price is not expensive, very worth it. Hotel well located a few meters from the city center. English style hotel with a beautiful little garden. Large, clean and comfortable room. Clean and functional bathroom. Good paid breakfast possible. The hotel organized a decent day trip for a small group to visit the main sites.
