Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands Reviews

I returned to Century Pines CH after about 5-6 years and I’m pleased to see that the hotel has maintained its charm. Overall, I had a satisfying stay. However got one issue that still hasn’t been addressed is the bathroom shower. The shower curtain is outdated and water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor even when the curtain is fully closed. I strongly recommend replacing it with a glass shower door as this would greatly improve the guest experience. I would also like to commend the bellboys and security staff for always being courteous and welcoming whether assisting with parking or greeting guests at the lobby. A special thanks as well to Ms. / Puan Fara from the restaurant for her warm, attentive, and professional service. She is truly an asset to the hotel. I hope the shower issue will finally be addressed as it's the only aspect that fell short during an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Sgt2 best dduk sini padan la dgn hrga. Buffet pagi pn sgt variety ye mknn cpt habis jgk sbb ramai yg dtg breakfast tpi staff2 ad je yg topupkn mknn even tho amik masa sket. The room is so very spacious dgn balcony n everything its perfect. Room area pn quite private so x risau da n can enjoy the chill wind breeze by opening the sliding door. Sini ad sediakn filtered water jgk dkt luar. Staff2 is friendly overall bellboy sgt membantu 👍🏻👍🏻 1 je la yg disappointed, tub xleh guna ad note dkt situ 'no soaking just for showering' cmtu la lebih krg ayatnye.

The room was clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The garden was well maintained and created a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again 🥰

Best hotel in Cameron Highlands. There are lot of package to see the around attractions. Breakfast was included and delicious. There service are amazing. Very clean and big lobby. Washrooms are hygiene. This is one of the best hotel in this place. Very close to bus station

I’m Very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. Check in je terus nampak sink pipe dalam bathroom bocor sampai lantai basah. Sofa pula sangat hapak, busuk, lusuh dan berbulu . and then bed pun ada sehelai rambut, meja bulat pun masih kotor macam tak properly clean before guest masuk. Overall memang rasa maintenance dan housekeeping sangat tak memuaskan. tak berbaloi dengan harga 300+/night😔 before book ada nampak review dkt tiktok apps mmg bad review tapi still juga nak book sebab nampak bilik and view cantik, tapi menghampakan sangat. so far staff semua ok, cuma kebersihan jela out. Hopefully pihak management boleh ambik iktibar dan improve service serta kebersihan untuk future guests.

Enjoy my stay for 3D2N but the hotel like old hotel. Not maintain properly I guess. My room view also so so.

Good location hotel, not very crowded, it is an old hotel but value for money

The room is barely acceptable, but the hygiene in the restaurant is ridiculously bad. Flies were swarming around the food while we were eating, and we couldn't even chase them away. Apart from the bread and bread spreads, the rest of the food is nowhere near what you'd expect from a four-star hotel. Even more absurdly, the windows are that dirty. I sincerely hope the relevant authorities reassess this hotel's star rating. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful. The surrounding area is elegant and quiet. You can find places to eat within a 10-minute walk, and parking is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Everything good for me and husband 1 night vacation, next time will repeat again😍 I take the garden room..love it at night i duduk luar bilik ambik angin malam sejuk best sangat🤗
