Breakfast was freshly put out every morning (cereal,bagels,yogurt fruits no hot foods.) staff was very nice .

Yes, breakfast could include some hot food but overall the variety and selection was adequate.

The breakfast fell a bit short. Myself and others were curious about the absence of meat and egg options, aside from the refrigerated hard boiled eggs. There was an abundance of bagels and muffins though. Being that I don’t drink cow milk, I did appreciate the oat milk option for my cereal. Speaking of cereal, the bran flakes in my Raisin Bran was a tad stale.

Pool is dirty. Cochroach in the room. Loud kids all night running up and down hall, banging on doors, had to call office twice. Elevator goes crazy and goes to any floor it wants or doesn't move at all.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable

Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and friendly. During my stay I extended and the both the Manager on duty as well as Front Desk/Jonathan and the housekeeping team were diligent in making a smooth transition from one room to the next. I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend.
