Holiday Inn Express & Suites TAMPA STADIUM - AIRPORT AREA by IHG

I stayed overnight ahead of a cruise vacation. The hotel was clean, room and bathroom were spacious and well set up. I was able to walk across the parking lot to the Chipotle for dinner, though chose to bring it back to the hotel as it didn't seem like a place I'd want to sit and eat. As soon as I picked up my luggage at the airport, I called the direct hotel line and requested their free shuttle - they arrived in under 5 minutes!. The hotel then put me on a list to take the shuttle to the cruise port the next morning. That trip cost $10 per person one way, and the driver allowed passengers to book a $20 round trip ticket which would at the end of the cruise, either take you back to the hotel or straight to the airport. I found it really easy and convenient, and far less expensive than the cruise ship transfer or an uber/taxi. Their shuttle service was really easy to find at the end of the cruise and took me directly to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel had the usual assortment of hot and cold selections, I would say above average for hotel breakfast. I would return here in the future!

Hotel was comfortable. But they get deposit 100 usd and also charged 5 usd extra. When we asked 5 usd explanation they told us for parking and other services. This is really stupid.

This Hotel is a diamond in the rough! it was the least expensive at a moments notice, free shuttle to and from the airport to the Hotel. the staff was very courteous. the morning after the put out a breakfast spead like no other, eggs, Cheesy omelet, sausage, cool pancake machine, yogurt and fresh fruit and on and on. no joke the place is 2 years old and a must stay if your looking for a super deal. 5 stars i rate it

The staff, including the female manager worked very hard to make sure everything was good. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was very good, and I felt safe as a single woman staying there.

Room and hotel were very good. Staff was excellent. My only issue was some of the surrounding businesses were of adult nature.

The entire stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and beds were comfortable. Stayed here because going on a cruise. They offer shuttle service to the cruise port for a fee which was convenient. And there is free breakfast. Would stay here again.

Clean, large room. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Staff was very helpful and the airport shuttle comes in handy and makes travel a breeze.
