On arrival (an hour early, even) we were greeted in a friendly manor nad had a zero hassle check in. The room air conditioning had been set to cool so the room was super cool and comfy without delay. There was lots of clean, comfy pillows and towels. The room was quiet and private despite the size of the place. The on site restaurant was AMAZING!! Great food and service. The staff all over the facility were constantly cleaning and attending to any needed of the facility. Outstanding stay!

Upon entering the room it was noticed that there were spots on the floor and the floor was sticky in the main walkway. So, we had the spend a towel on wiping up the sticky off the floor. Otherwise the stay was good and the staff were pleasant. No hot tub. Outdoor non heated pool. We were there in winter. Plenty of choices for dining nearby. Next door to Busch Gardens. I felt I was in a safe area. A pleasant stay over all.

Roaches in the room, room felt moist, smelled wet, horrible breakfast and even witnessed the hotel staff grabbing pancakes with their bare hands to heat them in microwave. Will never stay here again!

The hotel's location is relatively remote, and the rooms are close to the road, making it noisy at night due to heavy traffic. The facilities are old, the beds are small, but the breakfast selection is quite extensive. The gym is excellent, but I didn't have time to go.
