Cleanliness - The dirt and dust are sweeped to each corner….. bed are clean and smell nice. Some towels are old but clean. Before I forgot, shower foam, shampoo and conditioner are filled inside a bottle pump which the bottle itself is dirty, filled with grime. Location: Along the main road with a good view. Perfect. Service: The hospitality is good and promotions are called. Also, they have whatsapp services to remind you. Very personal, very nice. Great work… Amenities: All standard facilities are available. Might be good to have a USB charging point. Face towel will a nice additional … so far only two bath towel… Generally the best in the city….

The facilities and services provided are excellent. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Pangkalpinang. There is a 24-hour restaurant and massage and spa services available until 11 PM.
