It's tidy, but it's an old building, so it's inconvenient because there's no elevator, and in my case, it was frustrating because there were no windows. The location is in the old town.

Great location in the very center of the old town! But there are nuances that are worth considering: the ancient building has only natural ventilation, so the room can be uncomfortable, and the room had an extremely, really exceptionally small bathroom.

It was quite an experience, I found the staff I spoke to helpful, my room was extremely small with no daylight window. Breakfast wasn’t that interesting, with awful coffee. The building itself was a maize of stairs and corridors. Hey. It was relatively cheap…

My first and without a question, my last time in this 'hotel'!! Extremely rude staff, low maintenence, over-heated shag to say. No aircon, also the duct fan in the roof of the bathroom is cloaked with dust and dirt - there's zero air exchange in the room and regardless trying to reduce the temperature of the room, it's still some +28 - +30 degrees inside. Breafast is seemingly placed there to repell the remaining customers, who have by mistake chosen this establishment to stay in. The only good thing to say about this 'accommodation' (refusing to use word hotel now), is the location.

I paid for a room with a balcony, which showed quite clearly on my booking receipt ("Your room features a balcony") but was told this was just "general information" and was stuck in a tiny dark room... the "satellite channels" they advertised consisted of four - 2 in Estonian and two in Russian! The only good thing was the location, but other than that a complete waste of money.

The hotel looked nice from outside. The hotel room was okay, but the toilet was dirty and the lamp was broken. Customer service was rude and being onher phone while customers were coming in . The Breakfast was a total disaster… few foods to choose from and the bread was dry and the sausages was floating in fat and water. The milk was staying in room temperature for god knows how long. Also they had bad smelling fish which was poisoning all the other foods which started to taste like fish. The eggs were black and rotten.

We waited in line for 30 minutes to checkin because they did not prepare the arrivals in advance as other hotels do. Our room was meant for one bed, but had two and was one of the smallest I have ever had. It faced the street so was loud and with no fan we had to open the window and deal with the street noise.

We booked the cheapest room in the hotel, but for 22,5€ per night, I at least expected a window in the room. No air ventilation and it was hard to breath without leaving the door open for 10 minutes. But everything else was fine, from the outside it looks beautiful and the location is great. Minor incidents like the fire alarm going off at 0:30 or having to wait half an hour to check-in, I can ignore.
