The front desk morning staff are absolutely thee best. I'm here for an work assignment that has been a very very hectic one. The front desk staff has went above and beyond to help me in anyway possible. I'll most definitely recommend Fairfield Inn And Suites Central.

The hotel is OK and clean, but it is quite old. There were some issues when checking in. We were very tired so we wanted to check in quickly, but there was a problem with the credit card. We were a little impatient because we have stayed in many hotels across the United States and have never experienced such a situation. The girl at the front desk felt like we were targeting her. I was speechless.

Room was stuffy at first, then we turned that A/C on and it was snowing in there. Some areas of hotel need some renovation but I would stay again. Staff was very nice.

Room was muggy and smelled like mold. Old furniture and tv. The pullout couch was the worst we’ve seen in years. Couldn’t sleep on it. Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was ok but hot. Would not visit this location in the future. I would pay more for a hotel on my next visit in 2 weeks

The hotel is not well-maintained. My thermostat wasn't working. Curtain very ship, allowing all exterior lights to come through. Very bad experience!

Staff was nice and helpful. Room fine. Only had 2 coffee pods--and one of those was decaf. Not enough!

A/C did not work at night. The shower curtain was short and water got all over the floor. see used towels to sop it up. Breakfast was pretty good. I advised the front desk on checkout. They acknowledged my comments but didn’t seem particularly concerned about the issues.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice. Hotel staff were kind. Heat did not work in bedroom so it was quite cold (late January). Hotel is dated but clean.
