I had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, smelled great, and had everything I needed. David was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, truly great to work with. There were also snacks and drinks available, which was such a nice touch. I was in town for an awards event at Florida State University with my cousin and her service dog, and we stayed one night. The location was super convenient and close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and cozy. Don't recall reading anywhere on the listing that is a converted walk out basement but other than that it was a great!

The apartment was wonderful, and David was a very considerate host. Even left a bottle of wine for us, which was a nice surprise. The space was very clean, and the bed was plush. Overall, we had a great stay.

Amenities are great-coffee pods for keurig, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, bed was very comfortable, nice kitchenette area and plenty of dishes. Perfect instructions on how to find it and where to park.

David was very accommodating. The apt is adorable and the bed is very comfortable. We only gave him one nights notice as we were trying to outrun the ice storm. The dogs loved the yard and it’s only 5 minutes fro midtown.

This is a cute, quaint, quiet, quality place perfect for one night or an entire week. Highly recommend.

Great experience! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for the weekend. The location was perfect for our needs, close to downtown and FAMU campus. Overall 10/10.
