Everything was fine except that when we arrived at approximately 12:45, they made us check in at 3 pm and it was not due to a lack of rooms, as the hotel had low occupancy. It had happened to us a few months before and I think it is not a very friendly hotel policy. A situation that does not occur with other hotels, which do allow early check in if they have availability.

Hotel with good restaurant, free entrance to the ****** for guests. There is a theater, and several shops selling various foods.

They should wash their towels better. all the towels smell bad. And to keep on the standards they also should provide potable water one a day not only on the day of the arrival. I enjoyed the welcome drink. It was a nice gesture.

The facilities are good, parking, regular breakfast, more details are missing, it gets very small on the weekend and you wait in line to have breakfast. The breakfast is nothing out of this world. I prefer chillan's MDS. Slow check out, lines. Hire more staff. In any case, in Concepción it is like the best.

We have stayed at your hotel several times for a couple of years...I love coming back, whether it's a trip as a couple, family or on business. I always recommend it, its food, even if this time I did not visit the dining room, the comfortable rooms

The beds were hard, the pillows were not of the quality expected in a 5-star hotel, little diversity in the buffet breakfast, there were no sugar-free options, very bad community in the rooms. We would highlight the friendliness of the staff.

Excellent stay, very cozy rooms, varied and exquisite breakfast. The cleanliness of the facilities is excellent. Ample and secure parking. It would be ideal if the restaurant had longer opening hours.

We liked it a lot, it is an excellent weekend panorama in Concepción. The restaurant is super good and the service is better. At reception, Mauricio, took great care of us and made our stay what we expected. It has a swimming pool and spa, very comfortable, which operate during good hours.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable facilities, it has a spa in excellent condition and attention from the staff, the breakfasts are very rich, the only thing we were not satisfied with was that the television failed us twice, the first time after a while they managed to fix it, but it failed again the next day, the technician went but it was not resolved, we were left without that service, they did not change our room or compensate us, I think that for a hotel of that quality that cannot happen

Excellent facilities, well located to go to rest and quality in care, good willingness to use the spa services, spacious and comfortable room, close to the mall and central to go out to visit tourist places.
