GGuest UserThe hotel consists of individual villas, surrounded by a lot of greenery, which is quite beautiful! It's very close to the beach, separated by just a road from the accommodations and breakfast area. There are security guards to help with traffic, which is very convenient. The beach is also very clean and quiet, with only hotel guests, so it's peaceful!
This hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation without much sightseeing. It's a bit far from Phuket Town. There are a few restaurants nearby, but I didn't visit any, opting to eat at the hotel instead.
The hotel's beachside restaurant serves delicious food and isn't expensive at all, offering great value for money. I ate all my meals there for several days, and they even have a show on Saturdays! Overall, it's pretty good.
However, the staff's service awareness could be improved. When we were checking out, we had a lot of luggage. We encountered many staff members on our way to the front desk, but not a single one offered to help, and even the front desk staff didn't assist!

Если вы хотите рассыпчатый мягкий песок, чистое море и уединение - то вам сюда! От отеля до пляжа вас проведет широкая дорога длиной ~25 метров. Сам отель расположен среди хвойного леса и вид из всех номеров выходит на бассейн, но видно и пляж, если смотреть в бок. Номерной фонд небольшой, отель практически новый, внутри все в отличном состоянии, большое внимание уделено деталям. Бассейн красив и очень фотогиеничен. На пляже есть кафе/бар и две точки массажа (тайский 400 Бат), также продаются свежие фрукты и есть раскладываемые стулья - гибрид лежака и кресла, бесплатные.
Ближайший 7-eleven и прочие магазины в городке рядом, поэтому в идеале если вы на байке или арендованной машине. Однако без проблем можно заказать Grab и Bolt, ехать ~7 минут в одну сторону. В городе также можно обменять валюту.
Завтрак включает в себя напитки (молоко, соки, чай, кофе), омлет/яичница, различные фрукты (арбузы, драконий фрукт, ананасы), хлопья, йогурты, все свежее и очень вкусное!
За уединением, тишиной и отдыхом - сюда)

The hotel itself is new, very clean, and modern.
There's a good café on site, and several shops and pharmacies nearby. And most importantly, our beloved Natai Beach is nearby. The rooms have everything you need for your comfort, and there's a refrigerator in the common hallway with complimentary drinks and snacks.

AAnonymous UserThis is my 4th time staying at aleenta resort. Stayed at the 3 bedroom beachfront villa and 1 bedroom before. This time we stayed at the beachfront (studio) villa. Enjoyed every moment in our beachfront villa. Spa is v good as usual. We also had our dinner at the edge, love coming in the low session, nice and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again with my family & friends.

GGuest UserWho is looking for a quiet accommodation and area is right here. The price and performance ratio are also correct. The host has welcomed us very warmly and is available for questions and wishes at any time. We felt very well there and sleeped very well. In our 4-wcheque trip we had some accommodation/beds and we agree that the bed was most comfortable in Natai House. If we visit this area of Thailand again, we would book a room again here. This stay has made our last holidays very pleasant. Thank you for it.

AALBERTThe hotel is very tired, requires investments and repairs, the location is not bad, but there is no access to the sea at all! You can walk along the road and this is very inconvenient. The rooms are large, but the service is a three, the same can be said about the breakfast... it clearly does not reach even 4 stars.
