La Solaya Khao Lak

The hotel has been newly renovated with a good swimming pool and excellent staff. The rooms are well-equipped, but the bedding wasn't very fragrant, and there were a few ants, probably because we were staying in a villa. For the first two nights, we stayed in a garden villa next to a room that was being renovated; it was quiet and peaceful. On the third night, we upgraded to a pool villa at an additional cost. The room was beautiful and fully equipped with modern power outlets and lighting, but we still found some ants. The pool was a good size for a family. I'd like to commend the staff for their exceptional service in all areas. The restaurant uses quality ingredients, and the staff at the pool bar were lovely and fun to chat with. We had the Saturday buffet, and the quality of the meat was outstanding. During our stay, it rained heavily for one of the two days. When we changed rooms, the buggy staff took great care of us from check-in until check-out. I even met the owner, who was very kind and waved goodbye. I will definitely come back again. Booking through Trip included a dinner and cocktails, which was fantastic.

The accommodation, room, and atmosphere were all great, except for the breakfast. I can't really say if it was delicious or not, as taste is subjective, but what I can say is that the food was left to get cold, hard, and chewy. This applied to everything, whether it was cheese, bacon, Japanese food, or Thai food. For a room at this price point, the food shouldn't be this bad. Among the 7 hotels I've stayed at in the Khao Lak area, this one's breakfast ranks last.

Visited during the low season. The hotel is new and the rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. The staff provided excellent service and you can request a golf cart to take you to various spots within the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is absolutely fantastic. The bed in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. They also have an excellent fitness center with Technogym equipment. The staff were very helpful, but on the day I stayed, there was an issue with the jacuzzi button in my room not working. The staff did come to fix it. Another point to mention is that the check-in process was quite slow, taking about 30-45 minutes. However, overall, this hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is right by the sea, and the surrounding atmosphere is fantastic. The renovated swimming pool offers beautiful sunset views. The rooms are comfortable and new, with full amenities.

It was so good!!! The accommodation seemed to have been newly renovated, making it very convenient and clean with no downsides!! There are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby, making it a resort that lacks nothing.
