Ryokan Hida Beef
"Hot Spring Hotel ♨️🏨 Conveniently located and very unique. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and efficient. The soundproofing was good, and the toiletries were complete. The location is convenient, and my overall stay was comfortable. It offers great value for money, and I will choose this hotel again for my next trip."
Guest House Hidamari No Yu
"Good location, suitable for people with a small budget who like onsen."
Joyful Honoki
"The hotel is really suitable for self-driving people, and the price is quite cheap during the off-peak season, which is considered a very good value for money in the high mountain area. The hotel is conveniently located, driving to and from Takayama Old Street and taking a car to Kamikochi is easy to walk to the station and surrounding restaurants after getting off the car, which is very suitable for those who leave for Kamikochi tomorrow morning. I stayed in the tatami Japanese room, which is amazingly big, 3 people can walk around as they please, opening the luggage is very comfortable, there are some Japanese cabinets and window sill, sitting here drinking tea is quite a feel. The interior is clean and simple. The point is "one-stop-two-dinner", and I think the quality of the food is quite high. Dinner is a Japanese banquet, the dishes will not be gorgeous to burst, but the ingredients are fresh, the taste will not be sloppy, seafood, grilled fish, fried food is quite in place, with hot springs and sake, easy to eat satisfied. Breakfast is a set meal with rice, miso soup, fish, small dishes, eggs, etc. It is simple but quite thoughtful and is completely enough to replenish energy before heading to the highlands early in the morning."
Hoshino Resorts KAI Okuhida
"The bed was too small. The food was normal, nothing special. The indoor hot spring was beautiful. There were spider webs on the outdoor lights."
Hida Takayama Washington Hotel Plaza
"My main reason for visiting Takayama was Shirakawa-go, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's right across the street from JR Takayama Station and the Takayama Nohi Bus Center. On the ground floor, there's a pharmacy where some items are cheaper than other stores, making it convenient to restock. Miyagawa Morning Market and Takayama Old Town are both within walking distance, and Maruaki Hida Beef restaurant is also very close. The hotel reception staff are friendly, and you can help yourself to coffee, tea bags, DHC skincare products, etc., from a dispenser in the lobby. The room hygiene is excellent. If you opt for an eco-friendly choice and don't need daily room cleaning, just hang the sign on your door, and the staff will reward you with two aluminum bottles of drinking water. My three-night stay was very pleasant."
Hotel Kuretakeso Takayama-Ekimae
It has sauna, great views, cafe, restaurant, free luggage storage, paid private parking, just 330m from Takayama Station.
Route Inn Grantia Hidatakayama Wakura no yado
"There was a wide variety of side dishes for breakfast, so if I can't eat everything this time, I'd like to try some mono. I'm looking forward to the next time."

"Staff, interior design and onsen room were exceptional. Tabino hotel is highly recommended. Will go to their other locations in the future."
