The hotel's service is impeccable, the staff are warm and always centered on the guests, which makes us feel very warm and comfortable, especially the beautiful Meng Ya in the lobby and a reception brother in the restaurant. The humbly accepted opinions and meticulous service were impressive! The hotel facilities are perfect, especially there are auxiliary lights on both sides of the mirror, and there is a switch in the makeup mirror. It is very user-friendly. The daughter who loves makeup is very satisfied. Clean, sound insulation is good, and the bedding is comfortable. The living environment is small and exquisite, such as the surrounding environment is a little better! In addition, after all, it is a newly opened hotel, the taste is still there, I look forward to a better way to solve this problem as soon as possible (not a trust, and I sincerely hope that the hotel will do better, so I have to make comments 😁) Let us taste hairy crabs in autumn, you can bring friends to stay again! A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃

The check-in procedure was smooth, and the front desk staff was polite and standard. We were given two rooms opposite each other. I was in a room on the north side, and the bathroom had a peculiar smell and no special exhaust fan. I reported it by phone and the front desk immediately changed to a south-facing room, sent someone to deliver the room card and help move the luggage. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, rich breakfast, and a good experience.

Every time I stay here, I feel at home. I have to say that big hotels are really different. Although the hotel is old, it does not affect the stay experience at all. It is very nice. Because I booked it through Ctrip, I was given a 15 yuan voucher for the mini bar, which I can use to buy some snacks. I was also upgraded to a room with a bathtub, which is really nice.
