I have always stayed at this hotel when I returned to my hometown. The transportation is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the price is right. I have had a good experience in the past. This time I was ”lucky”. For the first time since I stayed in a hotel, the air conditioner in the hotel could not be turned on to cool down, but could only be used for ventilation. As a result, I was too hot to sleep in the middle of the night and my pillow was wet. In the middle of the night, I asked customer service to send me a fan, and I managed to fall asleep.

Every time I stay here, I feel at home. I have to say that big hotels are really different. Although the hotel is old, it does not affect the stay experience at all. It is very nice. Because I booked it through Ctrip, I was given a 15 yuan voucher for the mini bar, which I can use to buy some snacks. I was also upgraded to a room with a bathtub, which is really nice.

Hygiene: very good.
Environment: The environment is very good, parking is convenient, although close to the expressway, the room is very quiet, basically no noise, located in the business district, shopping and dining are very convenient.
Service: The service is very thoughtful, from the front desk, the waiter to the cleaning staff are very friendly.

Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain!

A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

Our room was big enough for my wife and me to spend time in the room without it feeling crowded. Our stay had breakfast included and it was 100% worth it. It had a wide variety of Chinese and Western food to choose from like fried rice and vegetables, or bacon, egg, and toast. Delicious lattes were enjoyed daily. This Hotel has a very neat little gym with everything you need for a holiday workout. If I was to ever go back to the town I'd stay there again.

JJames in ShanghaiNo carpet on the floor means it is cold in the winter. Also the AC is not very easy to control, the room warms up well but needed to keep the AC on high.
The hardware of the hotel is very new. The car park was very convenient and the location is great, right in downtown. The staff were friendly and professional. We forgot our shoes on checking out and they called us within 5 minutes of leaving which was really helpful and thoughtful!
This is a great value hotel for a downtown stay!

GGuest UserThe stay was good so we decided to extend it. Everything was still fine but the smell of cigarettes was killing me. I had to use the AC all the time. The room was cleaned every day, if I didn't need the room to be cleaned, then the Lady just brought me water and threw the rubbish.
The location is nothing special but there a Mall like 20 minutes on foot and a few small parks.
If it's a brief trip to Taixing, it's a nice place to stay in

The room was soundproofed and no abnormal noise was heard. The big bed fried chicken is big, and neither of them can touch it. The mattress is very soft, it feels like a memory cotton, completely fits the body curve. The fried chicken in the parking lot is big, just stop. Thanks to Mengmeng and Lily at the front desk for giving intimate reminders and guidelines, and a small gift for farewell. Thanks to room service Li Jie and Ji Jie for giving daily fruit and mineral water.

Rooms were spacious and smartly designed. Even the hallways were decorated nicely. Delivery guys can go directly to the room. Bed was large and comfy. The wireless Qi charger was a nice touch, too bad it only works on Android phones. On the other hand, the Internet was painfully slow and there was little hot water. If they could fix these simple problems they’d have a perfect hotel.

As soon as we arrived at the store, the front desk reminded us to close the windows at night, because the nearby pig farm would cause a smell. In fact, after closing the window, there is really no special feeling in the house, but when you go out to eat in the morning, the taste is quite obvious. In addition, because there are not many guests, the hotel landscape area is neglected to be repaired, and the good supporting landscape is actually a dilapidated image.

Jjoseph grayI've stayed here 2x now. I love Qin Lake, so it's an easy walking distance from the lake. I would especially recommend going to the lake at night when it is lit up, and there are no crowds. My room was quite large with a sort of 1920's ambiance and a large bathtub. I'm sure I will stay here again as I don't live very far away--it's a nice staycation if you feel like you want an escape from your apartment but not to go very far.
