Overall, I was very satisfied, especially with the laundry room and front desk. The only downside was the cleanliness on the second day of my stay; hair from the previous day's shampoo was still on the floor in the shower, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all, not even open.

Facilities: The facilities are standard for Home Inn chain hotels. There are reading corners and special clothing display areas at the front desk and on the first floor. There is a parking lot in the yard, which is good. However, there are too few types of breakfast. Maybe there are not many guests? Hygiene: Overall it is OK. I stayed with my pet, so I observed it carefully. There are still obvious dust and dirt residues in the corners of the floor, especially at the junction of the curtains and windowsills, and at the lower position of the washbasin. Environment: The surrounding roads are two-lane, but because the roadside is full of cars, the surrounding traffic is complicated. Be careful when driving. Service: The service attitude is good and they greeted me proactively. But there are still some unsatisfactory aspects, such as I had luggage on my hands and shoulders at the time, and no one helped to pull the door of the hotel (a plus point, it doesn’t matter if I didn’t do it). Also, I called the front desk at around 10 o’clock in the evening to send two more bottles of water, but no one answered the phone three times. It was not until the fourth time after 11 o’clock in the evening that someone answered.

The waiters are all very friendly. The long-haired cleaning aunt on the 4th floor, the round-faced aunt, the kitchen cleaning aunt Fu Liangmei, and the tall and handsome boy with Chinese characters and a face wearing a non-black uniform are very nice. I didn’t write down the names. They are all very good. The only drawback is: on such a cold day, there is no heating, the air conditioning is very weak, and the temperature can only be maintained at around 18 degrees! very cold

This hotel is really intimate! The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are very fast and convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the living is comfortable, and the details are particularly in place. I also sent two packs of tea, the experience is great! I will choose here next time I come to play, I highly recommend ～
