Had a truly memorable stay thanks to the outstanding service provided by the hotel team. In particular, I would like to commend Lili, Huahua and Lu Baofeng for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout my visit. Very convenient location near the train station. The front desk is very nice and caring. They made me ginger tea as I caught a cold. They also provided free porridge at night, it’s the best for the tired travelers. They also gave great recommendation to site seeing options.

Indeed super fantastic experience. I typically do not write reviews but this hotel definitely worths a review to demonstrate what first-class service they are offering.
Fantastic location -- 3min walk to the train station. When checking in, there was a very lovely small gift, and my ID card was very well taken with even a protection shield. The staff there guided me all the way to my room, and regularly checked whether everything is okay.

Centrally located,a few minutes walk from Taiyuan train Station. Very clean and comfortable room. The staffs were very friendly and helpful , especially Ms Huang 黄, she upgraded our room , given us small gift and even personally brought us to our room. We also want to express our special thanks to the staff Hua Hua 花花 at the restaurant during our breakfast time. She was so helpful to bring us fried eggs and served us with delicious noodles soup. Highly recommended to everyone coming to Taiyuan.

Excellent location, just few minutes walk from Taiyuan Railway Station, many bus stops and taxis right in front of the hotel. Staff are attentive.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with another friend. Immediately when we checked in the service was very nice! We speak mostly English and they went out of their way to help translate and bring us to our room. The room, however, did not feel the cleanest. There were some stains on the rug and chair, the bathroom smelled slightly like eggs, and the hotel door needed to be slammed shut. I would recommend this place for people who are budgeting, want to stay close to a train station, and are not staying for too long!

I came to Taiyuan on a hot day with a temperature of nearly 40 degrees. As soon as I entered the hotel, I saw sweet smiles, heard kind greetings, and received satisfactory services. I felt warm immediately, just like a warm home. The bowl of Shanxi specialty millet porridge in the evening was really refreshing🥣
The room was clean and fully equipped. The hotel is located in the central area and is convenient for access.
A very wise choice.
