This was a perfect housing experience. It was my second visit to Taiyuan in China and my first stay in this five-star hotel. I had a great experience, especially the service attitude and ability of Quentina of this hotel, who explained to me in fluent English, which made me feel like I was still in Britain.

服務態度差，房間衞生下午2點半還沒收拾，當天早上已提前告知3點半培訓，1點前打掃好房間，並未按照溝通時間打掃，還有半夜1點插座外殼掉落聲音較大被嚇醒

來到太原出差入住這家酒店，因為會議就在酒店
內，所以特別方便。房間設施符合自身的星級標
準，乾淨衞生，室內的迷你吧有飲料可以免費喝。
周邊也是變通便利，距離火車站不遠，以及周圍就
是一個比較大的商圈。酒店服務非常好，也是專門
打電話來詢問需求。整體非常不錯！

環境一般，設施裝修比較老舊，窗簾都是手動的， 599不算便宜，但是整個服務體驗很不好，從前台、線務等等，舉例：打電話前台説需要清潔，快十點打的，十一點半沒來…

酒店一層大廳內部的區域，在沙發休息區坐下，不讓坐，問有沒有消費。廣譽遠這個品牌都讓糟蹋了。來的這位女士説話很難聽“我們這裡是自己的地方，坐就要消費，我們不是扶貧呢”真的是無語，酒店的房間和環境很好，服務也很好。大廳的這個“角落”真讓人害怕，還是不要租出去了。嚴重影響入住體驗和心情。
