Absolutely fantastic! The service was incredibly attentive. It's right next to the pedestrian street, with famous spots like Liuweizhai and Laotaiyuan Restaurant nearby. While others were queuing downstairs, we were comfortably waiting for our turn in the hotel. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall, it was a blast!

This hotel is conveniently located in Liuxiang, with a bustling shopping street right downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. They also offer free parking, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. The rooms are clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money.

The service was warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. They even provided complimentary Taigu biscuits, which was a lovely touch, along with disposable bath towels. We drove ourselves, and a staff member personally came out to greet us and helped with our luggage, which made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the action, yet it's clean, tidy, and surprisingly quiet inside. When we arrived, we weren't sure about the logistics, but we mentioned to the front desk that we had a lot of luggage, and they immediately offered to pick us up, which was incredibly helpful and we were very touched by their willingness to assist without hesitation. Also, the housekeeping staff for our room was exceptional. While other hotels usually respond well to requests, they went above and beyond without us even having to ask. Thank you!

Location is just beside the pedestrian street. Breakfast is a bit pathetic. The good thing is you have your own private washing machine in your room.

The location is excellent, right downstairs from Liu Alley and the commercial street. Parking is convenient and free, and the service is warm and friendly. I'm very satisfied. (The bedding could use some improvement though.)

The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well and wasn't too noisy. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was even a washing machine (though I didn't use it). The slippers provided were sterilized. The hotel is located right on a bustling street, not far from the Bell Tower walking street and the subway (about a 5-10 minute walk). My room faced away from the main street, which was nice. Breakfast was decent. Overall, good value for money.

Excellent location, right by a food street, and very convenient for getting to the airport and train station. It's quiet despite being central. The place is clean, and the service is great. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to find things for us. They patiently provided amenities that many hotels don't even offer. This made a great impression on our visit to Taiyuan, and we'll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful trip! The location is excellent, with direct subway access (Line 1) from the high-speed rail station. There are plenty of great restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The staff, especially the young ladies, were all very enthusiastic. They even washed my clothes that I'd left in the bathroom on my first night – I'm so grateful for that!

Came to Shanxi with my mom and chose the Shengmei Boutique Hotel. It's located in the bustling Liuxiang, perfect for exploring and dining, and very close to Zhonglou Street. Although the hotel has been around for a while, the interior facilities and environment are excellent. The mattress is very comfortable, especially the pillows – they even have buckwheat ones, which my mom loved 😊. There's a small water dispenser in the room providing bottled water, which is super convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is super easy to find, right by Liuxiang and Zhonglou Street. It's incredibly convenient for food and entertainment. You can walk to Chunyang Temple and Shanxi Restaurant, and Wenying Park is nearby, perfect for a stroll. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and there was even drinking water available. Overall, a great experience!

Downstairs is bustling and lively, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. However, the air conditioning wasn't very powerful; it took a long time to cool down. The front desk service was decent, and breakfast was alright too. Overall, it was an average stay.
