I mainly came to Taiyuan for Xue Zhiqian's concert, and I booked this hotel. I found it to be very clean, and the location is great – close to the subway station which makes getting around easy. Plus, there are convenience stores and breakfast shops right downstairs.

I took my children on a self-driving tour from Inner Mongolia and passed by Taiyuan, Shanxi. I chose this hotel. It is indeed as other reviews say. The first floor is the reception + restaurant, the second floor is the dental clinic, and the third floor is the room. However, you must have a room card to swipe to reach the third floor, so it doesn't affect it. The room decoration is very stylish, the front desk service is also very good, and parking is free. Recommended.

I was very satisfied with the room in this hotel. It was not only new but also well-equipped, giving me a very safe and comfortable living experience. The only drawback was that the breakfast variety was a little lacking.

Let's start with the negatives. 1. The soundproofing is terrible, not just bad. Negative. 2. You have to pay to watch all the TV programs. Negative. 3. The power strip in the room lights up at night, disturbing your rest. Negative. 4. The first floor of the hotel faces the street, which is very noisy. Downstairs, there are people eating skewers and drinking beer. Negative. 5. There's a restaurant on the first floor, a hospital on the second, and the hotel on the third. It's a mixed crowd. Negative. Pros 1. This is a new hotel with relatively new facilities.

Apart from the better facilities, everything else is not very good. There were cigarette butts and ashes in the toilet. It's so obvious that they let guests stay there. I doubt it was cleaned. I called the front desk and had to change rooms again. And they didn't even write down the room number. Are they asking me to guess? I checked in around 4 am and the solution was to extend my check-out to 3 am. Thank you so much. Then I checked out at 6:30. It's like I spent more than 200 yuan for less than an hour. It's not professional at all. The water pressure in the shower is not strong at all. The water is very small. The most worthwhile thing is that it's a new opening and the facilities are pretty good. There are very few reviews unless it's really bad.
