everything was perfect until the last moment. rooms were clean and staff were friendly. was prepared to give a perfect review until the breakfast before checking out. the staff in charge of the noodle station was poor. promised everyone to make noodles and went missing after leading to an extremely long line and when pushed by the manager, he begrudgingly came out and made the noodles with a poor attitude. spoilt the perfect experience. will still recommend this hotel as it is clean and comfortable.

Brand new hotel with a great location. Right on the subway station, close to the airport, high speed train station. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very professional and helpful. Especially the front desk, and room service. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

The hotel facilities are very new, the service attitude is very good, the environment is very sanitary and clean, it is worth recommending

1. TaiYuan MRT Line 2 exit side by side with hotel main door. so very easy to take this MRT from South to Central or North. 2. Hotel all staffs from check in counter, restaurant staffs all can remember what's we drink coffee on day before, we are so surprised and always show all smiles . 3. Breakfast are many items to select and very good. we are so enjoying this hotel. 4. We would like to back this hotel when we travel to TaiYuan on next time. Great!

Excellent and superb in every way possible!

The room is large, well-planned and comfortable, and very clean. I especially want to praise the hotel's Chinese restaurant. We ordered a set meal for two at noon on the day we arrived, which cost only over 200 yuan. The taste was very good, at the level of a 5-star hotel!

The newly opened Sheraton has much better facilities than the old Sheraton. The decoration style is modern and the facilities are more reasonable and intelligent. I stayed in Taiyuan for two days and had a very good experience. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the breakfast is a little less, everything else is very good

The hotel hardware is standardized and five-star without any hardware defects. Mike Hou Wenbin, the check-in front desk guy, was very considerate and prepared a cake for my birthday and sent it to the room. I felt the warmth of human touch. Chloe Shang, the housekeeping director, also solved the problem in time and provided help and humanized service.

The location is excellent, only 10 minutes' drive from the airport. It is also close to the regional center. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet and comfortable, which is conducive to travel and rest. The hotel service is very thoughtful and meticulous. Seeing that the guests have many bottles of water, they took the initiative to leave 2 more bottles of water and left a message to greet and remind them. The door greeter is also very proactive, opening the car door, taking the luggage, and directing the parking of the vehicle, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Taiyuan Sheraton should be newly opened. It can be seen that the facilities are exquisite, minimalist and modern. The separate toilet room and wash basin are a plus. The bedroom has smart home and the lighting is quite good. The service is also OK. The staff are very dedicated and well trained.
