Had a great stay at Grand Hotel Lili. Our room was clean, comfy, and quiet - perfect for winding down after a day out. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check‑in/check‑out were quick and easy. The location is good if you prefer a quiet area (I do), but you’ll need a car or motorcycle to get to Taitung. There’s no Uber, and a taxi to the city will cost several hundreds. There’s a big 7‑Eleven right next door in case you need something in the middle of the night. The hotel serves a Taiwanese‑style breakfast, which I didn’t try, but my wife liked it. Overall, smooth experience. It’s our second stay, and we’d definitely stay again in the future.

Only open-air parking is available, no basement parking. The breakfast was average, the cabbage was too soft and not my favorite texture

There are parking spaces and dedicated service guides. The hotel lobby is grand and there is a starlight bar on the rooftop. The breakfast is varied, the bed is comfortable, and apart from being a little far from the city, the overall situation is generally good. Also note that the hotel does not provide disposable toiletries and indoor slippers, please note.

The hotel is not located in the urban area. It faces Hualien Fish Harbor and has sea views. However, the hotel facilities are old and the sound insulation effect is poor. The parking lot is sufficient. You may reconsider. The service attitude is good.

1. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. It was completely empty! 2. When the air conditioner is turned on, there is a musty smell... (strong musty smell) and the carpet is very dirty. 3. The soundproofing is very poor. The TV in the next room is on all night and I can hear it clearly. 4. The airtight windows have no soundproofing effect at all. The room is close to the road. At 1:30 in the morning, vehicles, motorcycles and trucks pass by every 5 minutes on average! 5 Breakfast was average. The only best thing about the hotel is the service provided by the counter staff and the parking reception staff at the door. But other aspects, such as hygiene and sound insulation, are really not good enough!

It is recommended that each person can order a meal and make an appointment to choose Chinese or Western food~ After checking out and returning the two room cards the next day, the car drove to Taimali, and the phone rang again, saying that the invoice was forgotten to be sent to me. If I hadn't felt bad last night, I would have said it was okay not to send it~

Room rate $3545/The lady at the front desk who checked in that day had a grumpy face but no smile at all (this is our second stay, but there won't be a third time). It's acceptable to be told that there are no disposable amenities, but what's unacceptable is that after entering the room, I found that there were no disposable or reusable slippers, so I called the front desk to tell them. She said that she needed slippers and they were not cheap, 60-80 each, which is ridiculous. (The lady said it was because his slippers were thick). There are carpets inside. Do you want us to walk barefoot? The carpets don’t look very clean. Of course we have to wear our outdoor shoes to walk around in the room. It is very inconvenient, especially after taking a shower. We really need to report this to the owner. Since you are responding to the government’s activities, you also have to consider the actual internal conditions of your hotel and not cause any inconvenience to the guests! I also suggest that there is a small afternoon tea room on the first floor which serves some powdered coffee drinks and simple and cheap biscuits. I think it can be removed

As soon as you arrive at the hotel entrance, a waiter will guide you to park the car. The hotel lobby is very grand and the service staff is very friendly. My room is on the second floor. The room is very big, the bed is big, and the sound insulation is very good👍! The view outside the room's window is great~ It's just a pity that we didn't see the sunrise on a cloudy day when we came~ Personally, I think late night snacks and breakfast are quite ordinary.

Can late night snacks and breakfast be better? After all, the location is relatively remote, so there must be something that guests can look forward to.
