Nice and quiet room with a beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains. The room was generally clean but there was a thick layer of dust under the bed… other items in the room like lamps, fan and shelves could do with some dusting too. There could be a plate/bowl and utensils for guest to use.

The overall environment is clean, and the facilities and amenities are complete. They even have bicycles available for use. The self check-in was convenient, and the pre-arrival instructions were very detailed.

Overall, it was a good stay, but I noticed a sweat odor while lying in bed. After searching around, I realized the smell was coming from the headboard, which I ended up cleaning for you. I hope you pay more attention to this during future cleanings.

For the price I think it is a decent option. Air conditioning works and bed is fairly comfortable. No staff but check in process is fairly smooth, just FYI they will probably text you the password for the door so need to provide a phone number or contact them ahead of time. Location is about 20 minutes from the station and about 30-40 minutes walk from the famous "brown road." You can also borrow their bikes though I decided not to. The "Tofu sheet' place is close by.

Very comfortable stay. Everything was perfect given the price. The only down side is the check in procedure could be more foreigner friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Location wise is ok but need your own car. The only hiccup was that they didn't send me any instructions and I had to call their landline. Could have provided Line contact for foreigners.

The location was good. I rode the bicycle provided by the guesthouse to Brown Avenue. The bicycle didn't have gears, and I regretted it halfway through 🤣 When I left, I found that I had been bitten by fleas 😅 Maybe because it's pet-friendly, the sheets and pillowcases were yellowed. Even though I knew they were washed, I was still a little uncomfortable. Also, the pillows were too low!
