民宿在一個很安靜的地方，附近雖不算熱鬧，但都有很值得一試的餐廳和景點，比較推薦去台東森林公園逛一下，附近的餐廳則推薦草民，民宿樓下有超商，十分方便。

11點退房結果8點多隔壁就開始施工，完全無法休息！聲音大到真的很誇張！致電告知老闆也無法處理！
毛巾也黑黑的、廁所都是水溝 沙發也有不知道什麼的屑屑
如果經濟允許可以貼點錢再選好一點的民宿
畢竟這間只能算是Airbnb

距離台東轉運站10多分鐘步程 在舊街道的中央 比較難找 故此價錢亦相對優越 店主有善 房間空間感大 但在地下一層 光線較暗

而且附近亦有自助洗衣店，
員工服務態度好，有問題會馬上解決，
房間衛生亦良好，

空間、位置、環境都不錯，磁扣感應進出很方便，cp 值超高，雖然冷氣聲音偏大但還能接受，有附早餐還能自己選想吃什麼，整體來說👍👍👍。

You have to walk from 10mins from the train station, not suggest if you have lots of luggage with you, plus they don't have a escalator.
Very luckily we got a free upgrade to the largest room type, and it is very comfortable and clean
