Apparently the internet payment for my room, yesterday, was made to another company via your site. Confirmed by a company in Singapore....?????
Upon arrival at the Fasthotel it quickly became clear that there were multiple victims. Paid, but not to Fasthotel! but the Campanile clan that has now been taken over by the Chinese. How bad of Trip.com. Will not book here again via this site!!!!!
