Very clean and great central location to the old district. Shout out to the very thoughtful and considerate housekeeper who saw we had a lot of clothes we wanted to air dry and brought us extra hangers unprompted. She also gave us extra water bottles. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. Definitely book this hotel. It's also very close to cafes and the lake.

Older hotel needs upgrading, but has friendly staff. Good location in central area, however there’s daily evening performance downstairs next to lake until 10pm which can be noisy when staying in lake view rooms.

Grand hotel that has seen better days. Room is dark and musty. Signs of damage to wall and ceiling. Breakfast is on lower end and nearly the same variety everyday. Asked to be given room facing away from park. Otherwise very noisy but noise did promptly stop at 10pm. One day we were out and windstorm occurred. Returned to hotel and found someone had fetched our belongings from the balcony back into the room without asking. Very impressed by this attention. Thank you.
