前台不誠實，攜程預訂的豪華雙床房其中一個一米八大床的，到了説沒有了衹有兩個一米五的。到了房間洗手間地漏是堵的，洗手盆不能用，一開水龍頭浴室地上一層水。 一樓KTV也比較吵

酒店為客人提供的是反人類拖鞋，這種漏網的鞋，踩上去如針扎，堪比滿清十大酷刑，可能初衷是不存水，乾淨，而實際是有的客人可能穿出去了，那些網洞裏卡好多石子泥沙，真的既不舒服又不衞生。
