Highly recommended. Hotel is nice and clean and next to a shopping centre. Staff are all helpful and super friendly. There are laundry facility so what more can you ask for.

Great location, next to the mall. The staffs are super nice, but the carpets got stains on it and crumpled, very run down.

衞生：挺乾淨的，因為帶小朋友入住。乾淨衞生
環境：樓下就是商業體，吃喝玩樂一條龍都有。停車很方便免費的
服務：提前告知入住也能安排。還能看3d電影。前台接待很友好。

位於昌大昌購物中心內，十分方便。很貼心的送上簡單的果盤，房價也十分合理，服務態度十分好。唯一比較不足的是房間相對較細，畢竟在市中心黃金地段也是可以理解的。

貴有貴的道理，第一次發現三星級酒店配有洗衣房，洗手間的毛巾獨立包裝，還配有洗臉巾，這已經是很多酒店不能比擬了

房間設施滿意，浴缸、大屏幕多音箱影音系統、主題部署，性價比較高。停車方便，地下停車場到酒店電梯的開門方式挺科幻。前台服務不錯。值得再來。

這次是來台山旅遊。比鄰昌大昌 很方便。前台服務人員態度友善而且專業。過去這一個月旅遊以來，大部分前台工作工作人員都會直接讀出我的房間號，無論旁邊有沒有人。酒店管理專業的人這關一定過不去。
房間設計元素有點混搭，不太一致，國風,宮廷，歐陸…混搭。不過房間打掃乾淨，設備保養不錯。而且酒店有滿足我的要求給我無煙房，非常謝謝
