民宿是書齋改建而成，重新翻新後非常整潔明亮。房間配置充足，基本上帶套衣服就可入住。重點是服務非常好，管家小劉不衹滿足所有要求，還非常非常貼心！試過不少民宿，這家目前來説是最好的，因為的確做到民宿該有的風味，能好好感受這地方，又能感受店家對這地方的熱情。

房間內衞生很好 乾淨👍浴室裏的人洗浴產品是我喜歡的一個外國品牌，這很讓我驚喜。
房間內也準備好了一些小朋友喜歡的零食和水果還有很多的礦泉水，民宿裏的環境很好，遠離喧囂和擁擠，特別有一種獨特的感覺。放佛回到了書香的民國時期。裏面也有咖啡廳，手工室等等，咖啡控的我一天一杯。小哥哥很幽默也很有耐心，小朋友們都很喜歡他，感謝小哥哥送了三份手工音樂盒手工紀念品。游泳池有2個，一大一小部分可以舒服地暢遊。晚上也會播放你想要看電影。小朋友説暑假結束之前還想再來一次，我説當然可以呀。早餐乾淨衞生👍👍臨走時候，小哥哥貼心棒我們拿行李，期待再一次相遇，感謝你們的熱情招待💕祝願菁木山舍.耕穡堂越來越好！

開平最好的民宿
設施：可以手工，可以寫字，有間咖啡店在樓下
衞生：非常乾淨，這樣的老房子改造，真的是很好，樓層又高
服務：送了水果飲料及小吃非常豐富，管家很貼心，把附近的特色飲食，遊玩地方都發了攻略

想要放空自己，那來這裏太適合不過了，這裏的洗漱品牌是非常小眾的appelles，非常驚喜！細節拿捏到位了。

在民宿讓我的心很平靜、自在，院子裏的景點和室內復古的裝修很適合拍一些大片😀，室內非常乾淨，床上被子也很乾凈柔軟。這次安排的時間有點短暫，很適合在這裏多住幾天養養心❤️，在院子裏發發呆也是很愜意😊，那裡的櫻桃咖啡也是值得品嚐一下🌹

位置在工業區後面的村落、民宿裝修風格相當不錯、但是衞生還需要加強、點了咖啡店的漢堡結果只是兩片小麪包中間塗點醬（工作人員説這個是所謂的漢堡）、選擇性很少！對於下午到了有孩子的家庭需要補充食物來説完全沒東西吃！雖然房間送了小吃（薯片蝦條）泳池很漂亮、但是落葉很多、泳池邊有雜物堆放！泳池也無人清洗、裏面很多蟲子葉子（玻璃那片的衞生真的需要多擦擦、拍片很影響清晰度）在民宿的整個期間基本看不到工作人員、因沒有餐廳需要外出覓食、對於帶孩子的家長其實不方便。晚餐後回民宿空無一人…沒有工作人員！才八點半而已、真的沒有安全感！所以晚上睡得很不踏實…早餐是包的 （個人覺得有點選擇更好、粉面之類的、否則看到客人很多剩下其實很浪費）民宿很大、但是娛樂項目基本沒有、衹能踩單車自己去逛村子…最主要就是沒有東西可吃、餐廳也有卻連碗麪都沒有！整個村子晚上都沒有路燈的…回來的路上還是有點擔心。民宿的價格不便宜、服務卻是如此不貼心…臨走時阿姨説因國慶很忙所以工作人員都休息了、那對於假期後的旅遊人員呢？就這服務態度？？

這幾天一直下雨，倒是和菁木的風格很搭，在小屋寫個字、做個手工、喝個咖啡，放個空，非常舒適愜意的時光。非要雞蛋挑骨頭的話，殺蟲除蚊再加強下，生態環境太好了，沒勇氣泡池。
