Reviews for Taipei Hotels

If Inn
4/51 Reviews
Ningxia Night Market
The hotel is ok. It is also convenient to eat, drink and play around. The staff at the hotel is not very good. Say don't book at Ctrip. We obviously booked the room. Going to the first sentence means that you have booked a room? In fact, they also have a single hand. Also left the room. ......... said Ctrip is not good in Taiwan. Do not make reservations at Ctrip in the future. I don't understand why. Your hotel will not be cancelled if you don't cooperate with Ctrip. We will not book a reservation at Ctrip. Anyway, people are not very happy to receive, we are in the room booked by Ctrip.

Ningxia Night Market
This is a unique small hotel in Dadaocheng. The interior space is very well designed but not artificial. The layout of the old space is used appropriately in both public spaces and rooms. This time we stayed on the fourth floor, and you can see it when you come out of the room. The balcony of Dadaocheng Skyline is very suitable for leisurely drinking, chatting and relaxing. The service is very friendly, the room is clean, and the shared kitchen is small but has everything you need. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The front desk service is friendly, the room is tidy, the air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, and the room is spacious. Because I live on the second floor and there is no view, I keep the curtains closed, but the overall feeling is very satisfactory.

Ningxia Night Market
I came to play with a friend and the facilities were very good. The bathroom is clean and satisfied. It was quite high-rise, so it was good to see the outside scenery. There is also a washing machine and a kitchen, so it is easy to cook and wash.
Kyoto Hotel

Ningxia Night Market
It was very expensive on New Year’s Eve. Kyoto just opened a little lower. The facilities were old, but the overall stay was comfortable. The weather was a little cold on the day. Although there was no heating, it would not be too cold to sleep without air conditioning. The bed was clean and easy to sleep. It would not be too bad, and the service attitude was ok.
Aloft Taipei Zhongshan

Ningxia Night Market
This is an overdue review since I have stayed here numerous times over the years. As a miniature W hotel, this Aloft is chic and cozy with fabulous staff. For both business professionals and adventurous tourists, the location of this hotel is excellent. It is close to well known local shopping district (QingGuang market) which is hiding inside another famous night/day market (Shuanglian street market) as you exit through the glass back door. There is also a 24 hours convenience store (Family Mart) right by the hotel. The local bus stop (3 lines) is right at the front door and the closest subway station (Chongshang elementary school exit number 1) is only about 3 minutes walking on the same side of the street. If you want to taste the authentic ********* local delicacies from street venders, this is the best hotel to stay even though its own buffet breakfast on the 17th floor every morning is also delicious with both oriental and western dishes. It is also a good spot to watch the flights descending to the nearby Songshan airport. Taiwan is currently experiencing crisis in egg supply, but we still have eggs (both boiled and fried) on the buffet table as well as made for orders. There is also live performances at the W xyz bar at times with aspiring local artists. The friendly staff at the reception are pleasant and well trained. Unlike some of the larger hotels where we have to go to different counters for check in and concierge, etc. these energetic young people are simply jack of all trades from check in/departure, handling luggages, assisting incoming and outgoing mail/packages (speaking from my own experience at my very first stay here years ago) as well as knowing the city well enough to make suggestions as well as telling you which side of the street to get the taxi if you need to go to a specific destination in a rush. (Special thanks to Jackie!) And of course they will also call the taxi to pick you up at the hotel front door if you wish. On the 12th floor, there are only 7 rooms. The inside of the rooms are bright and well maintained, and it always feels like coming home each time I stay here. Highly recommended!
