The environment is clean and tidy. They have a gym and a kids' play area, so it feels suitable for families with children. Breakfast was a hearty spread of congee and small dishes from Guihua Xuan, plus a Mos Burger hot dog – very filling! It's about a ten-minute walk to the MRT station, good for getting some steps in, haha.

Loved the free washing machine and dryer, as well as the water cooler. Quiet place, but away from city.

This hotel is in an excellent location! You can easily escape the bustling city by just crossing one platform and entering a peaceful atmosphere. Head north to Tamsui or a short distance south to Shilin Night Market, making this one of the few places I'd definitely return to. The only baffling thing is the toilet paper placement. Even though the toilets have been upgraded to bidet seats, the toilet paper holder is directly behind the toilet. You have to twist 90 degrees to reach it after you're done… Wouldn't that put a strain on older guests' backs? Additionally, the bathroom trash can in the quadruple room is a bit too small. Perhaps the idea is to limit usage frequency, but the bathroom is used by four people, right? Finally, the breakfast staff member was very direct. While her tone wasn't accusatory, it made things a little awkward. For example, there's a steamer station. In other restaurants, different layers might have different items, but when a guest looked for items on a lower layer, the server immediately stopped them. To avoid this kind of situation, a simple sign indicating that all steamer contents are the same and to take items from top to bottom in order would prevent such awkwardness.

we enjoyed our stay at beitou metro inn! very friendly staff! room and toilet is clean which is always important! breakfast is usually mos burger! just note that it’s far from restaurants! thy have a convenience store just at the back! also very close to the metro!

Our family of four booked two twin rooms and stayed at Beitou Resort for 4 days. 1) Regarding transportation, you can take the MRT to Fuxinggang Station, exit 2, and walk across the connecting skybridge (there's an elevator). From there, it's a straight 2-3 minute walk to Beitou Resort, very easy to find. 2) As for the hotel rooms, the beds were comfortable, and there were no strange odors when entering the room. The bathroom was clean. There's also a convenience store nearby, and the hotel offers free parking. 3) During this trip, I found the hotel staff to be very attentive and polite. 4) The hotel coffee was delicious! 👍 Overall, it's a great choice. The surroundings are quiet, the air is fresh, and our few days here were very comfortable.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was super convenient, and being right next to the MRT station made getting around very easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, excellent value for money!

It is a wonderful place for a stay compared to beitou resort prices, It is great that the place has a washing and drying machine too Breakfast is included (most burger x 1 each), there's milk tea and peach tea for drinks in the morning.

The surrounding area is super quiet and very niche since it’s located within the Beitou Metro Resort (formerly Metro Maintenance Campus). There’s security patrol at night and the area is well maintained. The room we got was the executive suite, which was well cleaned and everything is freshly kept! Staff was super nice to us and topped up our coffee pods and snacks. Overall 10/10 and I’d stay again next time I visit.

Expect long walk from Fuxinggang station exit2 before reaching the metro inn. Though the view is very good and the place is really nice. Staff are helpful and friendly. 2 stations away from Xinbeitou - Beitou park and Thermal Valley. Few stations away from Tamsui

All clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a sandwich from mos burger, but for the price all in all it was worth the money.

Had a good stay at Beitou Resort Metro Inn! It’s about 10 mins walk from Fuxinggang mrt (exit 2). Bed was comfortable and there are washing machine and dryer too. Hotel also provides MOS Burger for breakfast and some other snacks and drinks.

Additionally, it's quite far from Taipei's city center, so reaching the main business districts or tourist attractions requires a fair amount of travel time. 3. Conclusion: I would recommend Beitou Resort Metro Inn for travelers who prioritize cleanliness, quietness, and a good price. It's an excellent choice if your primary goal is to explore the Beitou area and its hot springs. However, if you need quick access to the MRT or frequent trips to the city center, you might want to consider the location carefully.
