It's a bit of a walk from the MRT station, though there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. Having the hot spring in the room is super convenient, and the bath itself is fantastic. The hotel's Japanese-style decor is beautiful, but it's a slight shame there are no other public facilities.

The environment is comfortable and beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. The hot spring bath in the room is large and very comfortable. However, the room lighting is a bit dim, and the wallpaper is dizzying.

The room was a bit small, the mattress was too firm, and the decor was a little dated. Overall, it felt overpriced.

Very old hotel with vintage furnishings. Breakfast is beautifully done however I wish they stew the chix well instead I felt it is like a fried chix pour over with tomato puree. Thermal spring bath is big enough for 2 persons. Wish they put a stool for sitting when showering as water can splash over to the tub. 15mins walk to the center of the town as where most of the restaurants are located.

I booked this hotel just a few days before our trip, and by then, hot spring inns were scarce and quite expensive. We settled on this one due to its proximity to Thermal Valley. A major inconvenience was the lack of a shuttle service; families with young children, like ours, had to take taxis both up and down the hill, which was quite troublesome. There's no elevator, and I was worried about lugging our suitcases upstairs, but thankfully our family room was on the ground floor. On the positive side, the bathroom was very spacious with a separate soaking tub, and it felt cleaner and more spotless than other hotels in the area. However, the room lighting was poor, making it very dim. The room itself was tiny; once our luggage was open, there was no space left to move around. Another issue was the insufficient number of power outlets. We had to unplug the mini-fridge just to use the electric kettle to prepare milk for our child. We definitely won't be considering this place for our next trip.

The environment is peaceful and comfortable. However, the soundproofing is quite poor.

The hotel boasts an old Japanese architectural style, and the breakfast is quite unique. However, the room space is a bit small.

The photos accurately depict the room; it's quite small, so you won't be able to open your luggage. The soundproofing is honestly a bit lacking. The spa area, however, is quite spacious, and the overall style of the hotel is traditional/antique.

The facilities are a bit old, and there's no elevator.

Need to take uber to the place as we have too many luggages. Need to carry luggages to 2nd floor. Overall enjoyed the quiet place n walking distance to view the thermal valley. Nice surrounding view.

Overall, it was good. However, the cleanliness was a bit of an issue.

A great hotel tgat is full of quirky bits and pieces conveniently located. Everything that is pro.ised is delivered and will go back again. Loved the breakfast

Kyokusui Hotspring Hotel is around 10 minutes' walk from Yinguang Lane Entrance bus stop and at a moderate distance from MRT Xinbeitou underground station

The environment was comfortable. The front desk staff were very attentive, and it wasn't noisy at night. The bathroom was also kept very clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely return if I have the opportunity.
