Extremely friendly staff. Served good breakfast. Very clean & comfy room.

The sheets were dirty and the soundproofing wasn't great, but overall it was an okay stay.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Ambience Hotel Taipei. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. What really stood out to me was the front desk staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and enthusiastic, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. I also loved that the first floor has a small corner selling ********* souvenirs. The items are very unique and thoughtfully selected, and the staff even helped recommend gifts, which I really appreciated. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. While the selection isn’t huge, it’s more than sufficient and very well prepared. Everything I tried was delicious, and the dining atmosphere was so comfortable that I ended up enjoying breakfast there for two days in a row. I was so full and satisfied that I couldn’t even eat lunch afterward. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei. It’s a place that makes you feel relaxed, well taken care of, and truly at home.

Very friendly helpful staff and great selection of snacks during the day/night. The hotel is close to many tourist areas via bus/metro. The rooms were large, and quieter than expected. Unfortunately, we found the toilet in the room didnt flush, it smelt like sewage and the smell continued to linger at breakfast. We left breakfast early due to the smell.

Hotel is a little dated and room can be a bit noisy if right beside staff office. A lot of perks though, like free food 24/7 down at the lobby/kitchen area

super nice personnel, very friendly service, very good breakfast, restaurants nearby, room has everything that you need. Only con is that in the night there sometimes were noises coming from the wall which woke me up

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Both the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. It’s definitely worth staying for a few nights.

The location is great and there are a lot of restaurants around. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The room is a little bit dated but gets a lot of characters so it's interesting. The bathroom tile can use some bleach.

Not my first stay here, and as always, the experience was great. The room had a fantastic design, was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was impressive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ambience hotel and found the room to be clean, we loved the large bathroom and the staff were very helpful and kind. They even helped me mail postcards home :). I only gave 4 stars for location because I think for some people who don’t like to walk as much it is not so “centrally” located but it’s only a 15-20 minute walk from Taipei Main Station. I would definitely stay again :)

really enjoyed my stay so much! the room was really big and so was the bathroom & bathtub. amazing & affordable for the amount of space i had. staff is friendly and really amazing too☺️ tv could browse through youtube and others which is amazing. even though the metro was a little further, the way to the hotel was manageable with luggage. location was near to every areas that i planned to visit. would recommend this hotel 👍🏻
